Hallie Pursel
Hallie Pursel is a gothic romantasy author based in Utah. Her debut novel, Veilmarch, blends haunting worldbuilding, lyrical prose, and themes of faith, mortality, and forbidden love. Drawing on her background in history and communication, Hallie writes stories that intertwine personal myth with cultural critique, inspired in part by her own journey of leaving organized religion and grappling with grief. She’s already at work on her next series, a hallucinogenic 1970s-inspired fae fantasy.
Hallie lives with her husband, her pets, and too many books to count.
